Michael's Express Catering is a family owned business serving the Capital District since 1990. We provide quality foods and services for any number of people in a corporate setting or a family gathering.
Mike Friguletto oversees every detail on a day-to-day basis providing outstanding personalized affordable catering. Specializing in corporate events, Michael will customize a menu to suite your needs. He has served many local businesses with delicious foods, homemade bakery items, omelet stations, pasta stations, and carving stations. He will work with you to create a menu for your all-day seminar, continental breakfast, buffet breakfast, luncheon, dinner, special event, snack breaks, boxed lunch or BBQ. Full line of drinks are available including Organic Fair Trade coffee and tea. Whether your choice is expedient drop off service, full set-up with hot and cold chaffing units or full set-up with attendants, our promise to you is delicious food, served in a professional manner with the utmost attention to your needs.
Michael also caters family gatherings such as graduation parties, showers, holiday parties, BBQ’s, and all of your “memorable” occasions. We offer Hot & Cold Buffet “special” packages as well as Meat Platters, and a variety of Ala Carte Trays that are sure to please.
Michael's Express Catering is a member of the Albany Chamber of Commerce and the Schenectady Chamber of Commerce. Some of our customers include Trans World Entertainment, Union College, Bimbo Bakery, Contec Cable, Norampac Industries, Time Warner Cable and many other Corporate accounts in the Tri-City Area. We have also catered many pharmaceutical lunches at local hospitals and medical facilities.

We had Michael's Express Catering cater our company holiday luncheon and they did not disappoint. Food was wonderful, lots of compliments. Delivery was prompt with everything organized neatly and with great presentation. But what I loved most, was the friendly, professional and courteous customer service. The prices were great and with short notice he had everything ready on time for our event. We got Italian roasted chicken with potatoes, sausage and peppers, eggplant parm, penne, salad, and bread, and it was all delicious.- Frank Fella.
